Our Neighborhood alert program for sellers is a service design to provide sellers an opportunity with a first hand an altered look at their neighborhood's home asking prices and sales prices. It’s easy to learn what the asking price is for homes in the neighborhood and what they actually sold for with our new "Seller's Alert" program.
The "Seller's Alert" service gives you access to inside information normally available only to real estate agents. From the privacy of your home, on a daily basis, you receive information about every single home available in your neighborhood, and you receive this information even before many other real estate agents have seen it!
As a seller: you can specify a certain neighborhood and receive information on homes for sale, homes that have entered escrow and homes that have sold. This can get you up to speed, keep you current on your neighborhood and is a great tool to use a month or so before you put your home up for sale. We call this our: "Seller's Alert" Program.
